Sameer Parpia, PhD

Dr. Sameer Parpia is the Principal Investigator of the Data Coordinating Center at the Ontario Clinical Oncology Group at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada as well as the lead statistician for the C-TRACT trial. He is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Oncology, and Health Research Methods, Evidence, and Impact at McMaster University. He has extensive experience in the design, conduct, and analysis of randomized trials, and has been the statistician of many multicentre trials evaluating how to diagnose and treat deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
